How do I order?

All orders are placed on WhatsApp. Add what you would like to your bag, tap "Order via WhatsApp", and your full selection is carried across to the chat automatically — you do not have to retype anything. We then confirm availability, delivery and payment with you directly.

How do I pay?

We arrange payment with you in the WhatsApp chat once your order is confirmed. Card and instant-EFT checkout on the site is coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us as soon as possible on +27 67 919 8448. If your parcel has not yet been collected by the courier we can amend or cancel it. Once it has shipped, our returns policy applies.

Where do you deliver?

Nationwide, to every province in South Africa. Choose either a PUDO locker for self-collection or delivery to your nearest PEP store — whichever is more convenient.

How long does delivery take?

PUDO locker: 2 – 4 business days. PEP store: 3 – 5 business days. We confirm dispatch with you on WhatsApp once your order is on its way.

How much does delivery cost?

R 120 flat rate nationwide, whether you choose a PUDO locker or your nearest PEP store.

How do I track my parcel?

We send your tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is collected. PUDO will send a locker PIN when it is ready for collection.

How long do your fragrances last?

Our oils are long-lasting, deeply layered and designed to evolve throughout the day. Longevity varies with skin chemistry, hydration and climate — dry skin holds fragrance less well, which is exactly what the body oil is for.

What is the difference between the perfume and the body oil?

The 50ml fragrance is the scent itself — sprayed, with projection. The 30ml scented body oil is lightweight and nourishing, worn closer to the skin. Layer the oil under the fragrance and the scent holds for longer.

Are your fragrances unisex?

Most of them, yes. We tag each product with a mood rather than a gender — Pink Velvet leans feminine and The Heir leans masculine, but plenty of our customers wear both. Fragrance belongs to whoever it suits.

Can I see the ingredients?

Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm the full ingredient and sourcing details for any product before you order.

Do you offer samples?

Message us on WhatsApp — describe what you currently wear and we will tell you honestly which of ours you would like, and which you would not.

What is your returns policy?

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened fragrance or body oil unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly supplied — in which case we cover return shipping and replace it immediately.

How should I store my fragrance?

Away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity — so a dresser drawer rather than a bathroom windowsill. Stored properly, an unopened bottle keeps for three to five years; once opened, use within two years for the truest scent.

My bottle arrived damaged. What now?

Send us a photograph on WhatsApp within 48 hours of collection and we will put it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
